Teriyaki Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients
14 ounces (yield: 28 ounces) long grain
uncooked or precooked rice
28 ounces boneless chicken breast - cut
into bite size pieces
8 ounces
Rice Road Teriyaki Sauce with Sesame & Ginger
1 ounce vegetable or canola oil
black pepper - to taste
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.
Add chicken pieces to skillet, season with pepper and sauté until partially cooked.
Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until
chicken is fully cooked. Sauce will provide a glaze for the chicken.
Remove from heat and serve over rice
Options: Beef, pork, or seafood may be substituted for chicken.
